This website is operated by UTKAL ADITRI, the seller and operator. References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean UTKAL ADITRI. Our business locations are Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India and Sambalpur, Odisha, India. Utkal Aditri is currently not registered under GST. 1. Online Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Accuracy of Products (Colors and Weaves)

We aim to display product images and descriptions accurately. Product-specific weave, fabric and certification details are provided where applicable. Handcrafted items may have product-specific characteristics described on their page.

3. Prices and displayed totals

The checkout displays the applicable product total, available coupon and payment discounts, COD fee, shipping treatment and final amount before an order is placed. Prices are subject to change; a change to a displayed price does not change an order already placed.

4. Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to review orders. Online payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to the payment provider’s applicable terms. The amount payable, discounts, COD fee and shipping treatment are shown at checkout before you place an order. Standard checkout is available in India only; international shipping enquiries are handled separately.

5. Shipping, Cancellation and Returns

Shipping details are set out in our Shipping Policy. To request cancellation, contact support; cancellation depends on processing and dispatch status and is not automatic. Once dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. Returns, including COD requests, follow our Returns & Refunds Policy; a request is reviewed and is not automatically approved.

7. Governing Law

These terms are subject to applicable laws of India. The appropriate forum and jurisdiction for any dispute should be confirmed with legal counsel.
