Cancellation Policy

To request cancellation, contact support@utkaladitri.com with your order ID as soon as possible. Cancellation depends on the order's processing and dispatch status; submitting a request does not cancel an order automatically.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. If so, you may use the return process where eligible under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

For prepaid orders, any eligible cancellation refund is subject to the applicable payment process. COD cancellation requests must be handled through the official support channel.
