Shipping Policy

Standard checkout and delivery are available within India only. International shipping is not offered through standard checkout. We may consider an international request product by product; email support@utkaladitri.com with the product SKU, product URL, destination country and postal/ZIP code. We will confirm whether shipping is possible before an order is placed.

Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch timelines vary by product and order type. Made-to-order pieces may require approximately 3–4 weeks to weave before dispatch; this is separate from the subsequent delivery period. Estimated delivery information is communicated after dispatch and can vary by destination and logistics conditions.

Shipping charges and payment

Standard shipping is complimentary for prepaid orders where supported at checkout. Cash on delivery has a 2% fee, calculated as shown in the order total at checkout. Review the final payable amount before placing your order.
