This notice describes how UTKAL ADITRI processes information when you use the website, place an order, sign in, subscribe to updates, or contact us.

Information we use

Depending on how you use the site, information may include your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address and PIN/postal code; order, item and payment-status information; account/profile and saved-address information; email OTP and customer-session information; and messages sent through contact, return or support channels. Newsletter sign-up collects your email address for updates and offers.

We also receive technical and interaction information such as IP address, browser/device details and pages or actions needed to operate, protect and understand use of the website.

Payments and service providers

Razorpay processes online payments. The site sends relevant order and payment metadata to Razorpay; payment-order notes can include the customer's name, email, phone number and delivery-address details. Utkal Aditri does not store card or UPI credentials on its application servers.

Resend is used for transactional and email OTP messages. Cloudflare Workers runs the site application; Cloudflare D1 stores application records such as orders and account data; Cloudflare R2 stores product images; and Cloudflare observability/Insights may process service and usage information where enabled. Service providers process information as needed to provide their services.

Browser storage

The browser may store cart contents and wishlist selections in local storage, language preference in local storage, and temporary interface state in session storage. Sign-in also uses a session cookie to keep an authenticated session. You can manage browser storage and cookies in your browser settings; clearing them may affect saved preferences or sign-in.

How we use and retain information

We use information to fulfil and support orders, process payments, manage accounts and authentication, respond to enquiries and return requests, send requested transactional messages, administer newsletter communications, and help protect the service and handle disputes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfilment, customer support, legal or accounting obligations, fraud and security, and dispute handling. We delete or anonymize it when no longer required, subject to applicable legal and business recordkeeping requirements.

Your requests and marketing preferences

For a privacy or personal-data request, or to stop receiving marketing communications, email support@utkaladitri.com. We will handle requests through our support process; the site does not provide an automated deletion or newsletter-unsubscribe tool.
